urweb is a service operated by vøiddo, mailing address Järveküla tee 64-9, Järve 30322, Estonia (the "Provider", "we", "us"). all communication can be sent to urweb@voiddo.com.
we design and build small business websites and provide related services as listed on our pricing page. each service ("Job") is purchased as a flat-fee, one-time project unless explicitly described as a monthly subscription.
you commission a Job by selecting a tier on /pricing or by replying to a preview link we sent you. the Job begins when you (a) pay through Paddle and (b) reply with "ship it" or equivalent approval to a preview we send.
each tier states a delivery window in business days from the moment of approval. delays caused by missing assets or unanswered emails on your side pause the timer. we will notify you if a delay is on our side.
each Job includes up to three structural revision rounds after the first build and unlimited typo/contact-detail fixes. after the third structural round, further design or layout changes require a separate paid change quote.
once a Job is paid in full and shipped, you own the resulting code, copy, and design. we keep a non-exclusive right to display screenshots of the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
we do not build sites for: (a) adult content, (b) firearms or weapons, (c) pyramid or MLM schemes, (d) anything illegal in your home jurisdiction. we may decline a Job at any time and refund in full.
we are liable for our work up to the amount you paid for the Job. we are not liable for revenue you make or do not make from the resulting site, third-party hosting outages, or events outside our control.
you may cancel any Job and receive a refund per our refund policy. monthly subscriptions can be cancelled any time and stop billing immediately.
these terms are governed by the consumer-protection laws of the buyer.s home jurisdiction.
if we change these terms, we will email customers with active Jobs and post an updated copy here at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
