refund policy.
last updated 9 May 2026
the short version
14-day refund window. full before custom work starts; partial after preview or delivery, based on work already performed.
how to claim
email urweb@voiddo.com with the subject "refund" and any reference number from your Paddle receipt. we acknowledge within 1 business day, calculate the eligible amount, and process approved refunds through Paddle within 3 business days. Paddle returns the money to your original payment method (typically 3–10 days depending on bank).
what counts as the start of the 14-day window
the 14 days start when you paid.
what is and isn't refundable
- refundable in full: any flat-fee Job before custom work has started, or any job where we fail to deliver/respond on our side.
- partially refundable: after a custom preview, revision, delivered file, or live deployment, we deduct the part of the job already performed and refund the unused/unperformed share.
- monthly subscriptions: the current month is non-refundable but no further months will bill. you can cancel any time.
- third-party costs we passed through: domain registration, hosting paid in your name, paid software licences — these are not refundable by us, but you keep the goods.
chargebacks
if you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we ask you to email us first. chargebacks raise costs for everyone, and we would rather calculate the fair refund quickly.
edge cases
- if the work was already deployed to your live domain and a refund is issued, we stop hosting/supporting the refunded work and revoke permission to use any unpaid custom work unless applicable law says otherwise.
- if revisions stalled because we did not respond on our side, you get a full refund regardless of the day count.
statutory rights
nothing in this policy limits your rights as a consumer under your home-country law. if your local law requires a different refund, cancellation, or cooling-off treatment, we follow that law.
